History TerraMarc Industries, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment.

1996 - KRG Capital Partners, LLC acquires Alpine Plant Foods, Inc. in Corydon, Indiana and forms Specialty Agricultural Products, Inc.

1997 - Specialty Agricultural Products, Inc. acquires Harriston Industries, Inc. in Minto, North Dakota, Mayo Manufacturing, Inc. in East Grand Forks, North Dakota, and Lockwood Manufacturing, Inc. in Gering, Nebraska.
Included in the acquisition of Lockwood Manufacturing, Inc. are retail farm equipment stores in Paul, Idaho, Rexburg, Idaho and Presque Isle, Maine.

1998 - Specialty Agricultural Products, Inc. acquires North Valley Equipment, Inc., a retail farm equipment store in Grafton, North Dakota.
Alpine Plant Foods, Inc. is sold.

1999 - Specialty Agricultural Products, Inc. acquires Crary Company in West Fargo, North Dakota.
Crary Company double facility to 200,000 square feet.
The Lockwood production facility in Nebraska is closed and production of the Lockwood product line is moved to West Fargo.
Specialty Agricultural Products, Inc. changes name to TerraMarc Industries, Inc.

2001 - TerraMarc grows retail farm equipment presence with the addition of its fifth store, located in Plover, Wisconsin.

2002 - TerraMarc expands product line, introducing a line of trailers with a retractable wheel system.
